» Course Description:
Business administration courses will provide you with administrative skills and the technical ability to start a career in business sectors. The Certificate III in Business Administration provides a sound basis for a career in any office situation. This course is especially designed for those who already have basic administrative and computing skills and wish to improve these skills. If you have no previous business experience or study, the Certificate II in Business course may be more suitable for you. This course is available on-campus as full time study. The Certificate III in Business Administration can lead to better career opportunities for those seeking employment in an administrative support role, for example as human resources clerks, accounts clerks, data entry operators, receptionists and administration assistants
» Course Notes: The course is delivered as a classroom based program but may also be delivered across a broader spectrum of relevant industry locations. » Essentials, Prerequisites: Students must been 15 years and over. Selection of eligible students will be based on interview with the trainer and or Co-ordinator of the program. Students must also be motivated, show an awareness of industry requirements and keenness to work in the industry. No academic pre-requisites for this course, but the expectation are that students will have achieved an educational level that will enable them to achieve course objectives.

» Recognition of Prior Learning, Credit Transfers:
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): Students wishing to apply for RPL need to indicate this on the Enrolment Form. RPL Application Forms are available from the Course Co-ordinator.
Credit Transfer: Credit Transfer is the recognition and acknowledgment of modules or units of competency acquired through prior formal credentialed training (identical academic experience).
