Surprise your friends and family, at the next kid’s birthday party, with a cake that you have creatively decorated. Learn the techniques involved in cake decorating to help make baking “A Piece of Cake”...

» Course Notes:

Students are required to supply: (Available at Spotlight, online or any cake decorating store)
• Fondant Smoother
• Smoothing tools
• Piping Bag with Star and Writing nozzles
• Cake Board
• Colouring/Food Dye
• Tooth picks
• 1 x 10 inch Fruit Cake – square or round
• 2kg Fondant/White/Plastic Icing
• Rolling Pin
• Small Paint brush
• 500g Pure Icing Sugar
• 1 x Egg White
• Scissors & small knife
• Corn Flour

» Duration: 3 x Saturdays

» Commencement: March 17th 2012, 9:00am – 12:00pm
