» Course Description:
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of small business contexts. This course also covers solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources, and may lead you to further responsibilities of leadership and guidance of others.
The course is delivered as a classroom based program but may also be delivered across a broader spectrum of relevant industry locations. Participants will be expected to complete research and assignments in their own study time and Assessments will be conducted throughout the course. Computer access is essential

» Essentials, Prerequisites: Students must have a minimum of Year 10 or equivalent qualification.

After achieving this qualification, candidates may undertake a qualification in a specialist area such as marketing, management or human resources.
» Recognition of Prior Learning, Credit Transfers:
Students wishing to apply for RPL need to indicate this on the Enrolment Form. Community College Gippsland may grant RPL or Credit Transfer under our mutual recognition obligations. RPL Application Forms are available from the Course Co-ordinator. RPL Application must be submitted to Community College Gippsland.
