Key responsibilities include clarifying the class work with the student and teacher or trainer, breaking that task down into smaller parts, working through each small task with a student through discussion, encouragement, and support to complete the task, providing positive feedback and encouragement and support for the student, scribing for a student and assisting with developing students' IT skills such as emails, formatting, word documents, and internet searches.
